Spencer Grammer (born and raised in California) is the son of Kelsey and Kelly Grammer. Spencer Grammer is California's actress's daughter. Helene Fischer was born in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk Russian, then in the Soviet Union as the second child of Peter as well as Maria Fischer.
